والله سبحانه خلق الخلق ليُِيلّهم هذه اللذة الدائمة في دار الخلد؛ وأما الدنيا فمنقطعة» ولذّاتها لا تصفو أبدًا ولا تدوم» بخلاف الآخرة فإن لذاتها دائمة» ونعيمها خالص من كل كدر وألم» وفيها ما تشتهيه الأنفس وتلذٌ الأعين مع الخلود أبدًا. ولا تعلم نفس ما أخفى الله لعباده فيهاأ؟ من قرة أعين» بل فيها ما لااعينٌ رأث» ولا أذنٌ سمعث» ولا خطر على قلب [1/170] بشر.

وهذا المعنى الذي قصده الناصح لقومه بقوله: يْقَوَيٍ أَنَبِعُونِ أَمَرِكُمٌ سبل ساد © بَكَوَم مهنو الْحَبَوءُ دامع ون الْأَخَْة هي دَارٌ آلْقَرارٍ © # (غافر/ 4-38] فأخبرهم أنَ الدنيا متاع يُسْتَمْتع بها إلى غيرهاء وأنَّ الآخرة هي المستقّرٌ.
