ولا يسقط حق الغير بالتوبة من الفاحشة. فإنَ التوبة وإن أسقطّتث حي الله فحيٌ العبد باقي» له المطالبة به يوم القيامة. فإنَ ظلم الوالد بإفساد فلذة كبده ومن هو أعزّ عليه من نفسه» [١11/ب] وظلمٌ الزوج بإفساد حبيبته والجناية على فراشه أعظمٌ من ظلمه بأخذ ماله كلّه. ولهذا يؤذيه ذلك أعظم مما يؤذيه أخذ ماله ولا يعدل ذلك عنده إلا سفكٌ دمه. فيا له من ظلم أعظم إثمًا من فعل الفاحشة
