فإذا كان هذا شأنْ محبّة عبده ورسوله» ووجوب تقديمها على محبّة نفس الإنسان وولده ووالده والناس أجمعين» فما الظنٌ بمحبة مُرسله سبحانه وتعالى ووجوب تقديمها على محبة ما سواه؟

ومحبة الرب تعالى تختصص عن محبة غيره في قدرها وصفتها وإفراده سبحانه بها. فإنّ الواجب له من ذلك أن يكون أحبٌّ إلى العبد من ولده ووالده» بل من سمعه وبصره ونفسه التى بين جنبيه؛ فيكون إلهّه الحقّ ومعبودُه أحبٌ إليه من ذلك كله.

والشيء قد يُحَبّ من وجه دون وجه» وقد يُحَبِ لغيره. وليس شيء يُحَبٌ لذاته من كل وجه إلا الله وحده»؛ ولا تصلح الألوهية إلا له؛ و« لز كان فِهِما الة إلا الله لفَسَدنا [الأنبياء/ 7؟] والتأله هو المحبة؛ والطاعة؛ والخضوع.
