قالوا: ولأنّه وطء لا يباح بحال» فكان فيه القتل كحدّ اللوطي.

ومن لم يرّ عليه حذًا قالوا: لم يصحّ فيه الحديث» ولو صحّ لقلنا به؛ ولم يجلّ لنا مخالفته. قال إسماعيل بن سعيد الشالنجي: سأك أحمد عن الذي يأتي البهيمة؛ فوقف عندهاء ولم يُيْتُْ حديث عمرو بن أبى عمرو فى ذلك:. وقال الطحاوي: الحديث ضعيف. وأيضًا فراويه ابن عباس» وقد أفتى بأنّه لا حدّ عليه. قال أبو داود: وهذا يُضعف الحديث.
