وأما وطء الميتة» ففيه قولان للفقهاء». وهما فى مذهب أحمد وغيره. أحدهما: يجب به الحذ 6 وهو قول الأوزاعى 0 فَإنٌ فعله أعظم جرمًا وأكثر ذنبًا لأنه انض إلى فاحشته هتكٌ حرمةٍ الميتة.
