وقد اختلف الناس: هل يدخل الجنةٌ مفعول به؟ على قولين سمعتُ شيخ الإسلام يحكيهما. والذين قالوا: لا يدخل الجنة؛ احتجُوا بأمور: منها: أنّ النبى كي قال: «لا يدخل الجنّة ولد زنية». فإذا كان هذا حال ولد الزنى» مع أنه لا ذنب له في ذلك» ولكنّه مظّة كل شرّ وخبث؛ وهو جدير أن لا يجىء منه خير أبدًاء لأنّه مخلوق من نطفة خبيثة» وإذا كان الجسد الذي ترتّى على الحرام» النارٌ أولى به؛ فكيف بالجسد المخلوق من النطفة الحرام؟
