وقد جعل الله سبحانه جزاءً قتل النفس المؤمنة عمدًا الخلود فى النارء وغضب الجبار» ولعنته» وإعداد العذاب العظيم له. هذا موجّب قتل المؤمن عمدًاء ما لم يمنع منه مانع. ولا خلاف أن الإسلام الواقع بعد القتل طوعًا واختيارًا مانع من نفوذ ذلك الجزاء.
