ثم لما كان الظلم والعدوان منافيًا للعدل الذي قامت به السموات والأرض» وأرسل الله سبحانه رسله وأنزل كتبه ليقوم الناس به - كان من أكبر الكبائر عند الله وكانت درجته في العظم بحسب مفسدته في نفسه.

وكان قتلُ الإنسان ولدّه (1/00] الطفل الصغيرٌ الذي لا ذنب له؛ وقد جبل اللَّهُ سبحانه القلوب على رحمته؛ وعَطفها عليه؟ ّ وخص الوالدين من ذلك بمزية ظاهرة» فقتله خشية أن يشاركه في مطعمه ومشربه وماله ن من أقبح الظلم وأشدّه. وكذلك قتله أبويه الذين كانا سبب وجوده 6 وكذلك قتله ذا رحمه.

وتتفاوت؟ درجات القتل بحسب قبحه 6 واستحقاي ص لَه السعى فى إبقائه ونصيحته. ولهذا كان أشدّ الناس عذابًا يوم القيامة من قتل نيا 1 أو قتله نبي ٠. ويليه من قتل إمامّاء أو عالمًا يأمر الناس بالقسط » ويدعوهم إلى الله » وينصحهم في دينهم.
