فلو ظنئتم به م هو أهله من أنه بكل شيء عليم 6 وعلى كل شيء قدير» وأنّه غنيّ عن كل م سواه 6 وكل ما سواه فقي إليه؟ٍ وأنّه قائم بالقسط على خلقه» وأنه المتفرّد بتدبير خلقه؛ لا يشرّكه فيه غيزه؛ والعالم بتفاصيل الأمور» فلا تخفى عليه خافية من خلقه؛ والكافي لهم وحده فلا يحتاج إلى معين » والرحمن بذاته فلا يحتاج فى رحمتة إلى من يستعطفه.

وهذا بخلاف الملوك وغيرهم من الرؤساء.6 فإنّهم محتاجون إلى من يعرّفهم أحوال الرعية وحوائجهم» وإلى من يُعينهم على قضاء حوائجهم» وإلى من يسترحمهم ويستعطفهم بالشفاعة» فاحتاجوا إلى الوسائط ضرورة لحاجتهم» وعجزهم» وضعفهم» وقصور علمهم.
