أحدها: أن بد منهما عاص لله ورسوله 6 مخالف؟ لأمره ُُ متعرّض لعقوبته. وكلّ منهما قد باء بغضب الله؛ ولعنته» واستحقاق الخلود في نار جهنم» وأعدّ له عذابًا عظيمًا؛ وإن تفاوتت دركات العذاب» فليس إثم من قتل نبيًا أو إمامًا عادلاً أو عالمًا يأمر الناس بالقسط كإثم من قتل من لا مزية له من آحاد الناس.

الثالث: أنهما سواء في الجراءة على سفك الدم الحرام» فإن من قتل نفسًا بغير استحقاق» بل لمجرّد الفساد في الأرض أو لأخذ ماله؛ فإنّه يتجرًأ على قتل كل من ظفر به؛ وأمكنه قتله؛ فهو مُعادٍ للنوع الإنسانى.

ومنها: أنَّ الله سبحانه جعل المؤمنين في توادّهم وتراحمهم وتواصلهم كالجسد الواحد» إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالحمّى والسهر. فإذا أتلف القاتل من هذا الجسد عضواء فكأتما أتلف سائر الجسدء وآلم جميع أعضائه: فمن اذى مؤمنًا واحدًا 6 فكأتما اذى جميع المؤمنين. ومن اذى جميع المؤمنين اذى جميع الناس» فإِنَ الله إنّما يدفع عن الناس بالمؤمنين الذين بينهم» فإيذاء الخفير إيذاء المخفر.
