والذين لم يقسموها إلى كباثر وصغائر قالوا: الذنوب كلها بالنسبة إلى الجراءة على الله سبحانه ومعصيته ومخالفة أمره كبائر» فالنظر إلى من عُصِيّ أمره وانتهكت محارمه يوجب أن تكون الذنوب كلها كبائر» وهي مستوية في هذه المفسدة.
