فالزنى؟ بالمرأة التي لها زوج أعظم إثمًا وعقوبةً من التي لا زوج لهاء إذ فيه انتهاكٌ حرمة الزوج» وإفسادٌُ فراشه» وتعليقٌ نسب عليه لم يكن منه؛ وغير ذلك من أنواع أذاه. فهو أعظم إثمًا وجرمًا من الزنى بغير ذات البعل.

فإن كان زوجها جارًا له انضاف إلى ذلك سوءٌ الجوار وأذى جار 9 بأعلى أنواع الأذى وذلك من أعظم البوائق. وقد ثبت عن النبي كل أنه قال: «لا يدخل الجنةً من لا يأمن جار بوائقه». ولا بائقة أعظمُ من الزنى بامرأته» فالزنى بمائة امرأة لا زوج لها أيسرٌ عندالله من الزنى بامرأة الجار.
