فلمحبّي القرآن من الوجد والذوق واللذة [1/173] والحلاوة والسرور أضعافٌ ما لمحبيّ السماع الشيطاني. فإذا رأيت الرجل: ذوقّه ووّجْدَه وطربّه ونشوته في سماع الأبيات دون سماع الآيات؛ وفي سماع الألحان دون سماع القرآن» وهو كما قيل:
