ومن تأثير معاصي الله في الأرض: ما يجلٌ بها من الخسف؛ والزلازل» ومَحْقٍ بركتها. وقد مرّ رسول الله كَلِةِ على ديار مود فمنعهم من دخول ديارهم ومن شرب مياههم » ومن الاستقاء من آبارهم © حتى أمر أن يُعلّف العجِينٌ الذي عُجِنَ 0/711 بمائهم؟ للنواضح””"ء لتأثير شؤم المعصية في الماء.

وكذلك شوم تأثير الذنوب في نقص الثمار وما ترمّى به من الأفات. وقد ذكر الإمام أحمد في مسنده؟ في ضمن حديث قال: وُجدّت فى خزائن بنى أمية حنطةٌ» الحبّةٌ بقدر نواة التمر. وهي في صُرّة مكتوب عليها: هذا كان ينبت في زمن العدل.
